I bank with Scotiabank, and my bank statements are not automatically importing. I also cannot manually import them. My bank transactions import normally. Tried 2 broswers

Does anyone have a correction for this error? The browsers I've tried are Safari and Chrome, using a laptop.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!  QuickBooks Online let's you import your bank statements so you can reconcile your accounts effortlessly.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

Having the bank statements imported directly from your bank is a feature that's only available in QuickBooks Online Essentials, QuickBooks Online Plus, QuickBooks Online Advanced, and QuickBooks Online Accountant.  If you're not currently subscribed to one of these products, you can upgrade here.  If you still can't import your statements from Scotiabank, please contact us outside of Community.  This will provide our Customer Care team to work with you directly, and escalate any unexpected behavior to our Development Team for further investigation and resolution.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
