Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to access your QuickBooks Online company without delay.  I'd be glad to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  Proceed to log into your QuickBooks account at qbo.ca.  Be sure to enter your email address that's associated with your QuickBooks Company login credentials.  If you experience the same result, please contact us outside of Community, so we can review your situation in more depth and get you back to business as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
