As this is such a valuable resource when it comes to using the program, I want to make sure you're able to access it no matter the platform you're using. I'll help you out with this.

 

I've done some research into the username you've used for this post and am not seeing any restrictions that might cause that message to appear for you. In light of that, it seems you may have a different username that you're using on your laptop. Since there aren't any restrictions on your bibaciss username, you can consider using these login credentials when accessing Community from your devices.

 

I'd be happy to take a look into what's happening with your laptop access, however. I invite you to send me a private message here in Community to share more about what's going on. In particular, it'll help me to know what username you're trying to access Community with on your laptop. Here's how you can send a private message in Community.

  1. Click my username.
