Thanks for reaching out in the Community. I'll be happy to help you with maximizing the benefits offered in QuickBooks. It's important you're able to transfer your transaction and I'll show you how.
Here's how to create a transfer in QuickBooks:
- Click + New.
- Under Other, select Transfer.
- Below the Transfer Funds From drop down list, click on the bank account that the funds are coming out of.
- From the Transfer Funds To drop down list, select the bank account the funds are being deposited into.
- In the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount being transferred.
- From here, edit the Date.
- Enter a description of the transfer in the Memo field. (This step is completely optional)
- Hit Save and close or Save and new.
- Click on Yes if you double checked the date.
