I have a new printer and now i cannot print pay stubs. any suggestions?

• Check if you can print outside of QuickBooks.
• Choose the correct paycheck types.
• Pop-up blockers of your browser is enable and others.

Let's try printing outside QuickBooks Online, like in Notepad, so we can identify the root cause of the issue.

1. Go to Start and browse to Notepad.
2. Enter some text and choose File, then Print.
3. Select the correct printer and click Print.
4. If it doesn't work, turn off your printer, restart your computer, and then turn the printer back on.
