You can cancel your QuickBooks Payroll subscription at any time in a few easy steps. Please note that you should complete and process your final payroll, print necessary payroll reports, and pay any outstanding tax deposits before canceling your payroll subscription. Also, your payroll data will be available in read-only access for 1 year from the cancellation date.

You can reactivate your QuickBooks Payroll subscription when the season begins by following these steps:
- Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
- From the left menu select Billing & Subscription.
- In the Payroll section, select Resubscribed.
