At this time, there isn't an option to batch enter bank deposits with multiple cheques. You'd have to enter the deposit one-by-one by clicking the Plus icon and looking for Bank deposit. I think being able to batch enter deposits is great idea. I encourage you to send this feedback to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are based on the great feedback we get from users like you.
