It's essential to have the ability to view email copies you've sent and I'd be glad to give you a hand. QuickBooks is a powerful program that offers an abundant amount of features which help you stay organized. This saves you time to focus on the things you enjoy the most.
At this time, there isn't an option to view previous emails that have been sent but the good news is you can get these copies going forward. In order to get the email copies, you'll need to enable the setting which automatically emails you a copy of what you send out. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- From the Your Company column, choose Account and Settings.
- Select the Sales tab on the left.
- In the Messages section, click the Edit icon (pencil image).
- Put a check mark in the Email me a copy at [your email address] box.
- Click Save and Done.
