Many Credit Card charges didn't download from bank

I have been reconciling my credit card accounts in Quickbooks online and the current month I'm working on is not showing all the credit card charges?  It's only downloaded about 6 of the 40+ credit card charges.  I've refreshed and no luck - still only showing a very few of the charges.  Any ideas?

I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. I've done both suggestions but still not showing the transactions.  Looking forward, it's also missing most of the next 4 months' worth of expenses also - just showing a very limited number of them.
