I appreciate you reaching out in the Community. I'd be glad to give you a hand with troubleshooting the issue you're having with QuickBooks Desktop.
Since you've already ran the rebuild and verified that there are no errors, I recommend resorting the listings in your Chart of Account. You can do this by navigating to the Chart of Accounts menu > click on View Tabs > Resort listings. Once you've done this, try running the report again and let me know how you make out. It's also important to make sure your Report Basis is on Accrual and not Cash. Here's a screenshot for reference:
