An under review status means our system is doing critical security checks before fully activating Direct Deposit, info2278.
 
This is triggered if there are minor data mismatches, recent changes to your bank account, or incomplete details.
 
When that happens, we will send an email communication to both the Principal Officer (bank account owner) and the Primary Admin. It will request specific documentation or proof of identification. The Principal Officer must respond promptly with the required documents. After everything is submitted, approval can take up to 2 business days. 
 
If the review is already beyond the standard 2–3 business day timeline, please contact our live support teams. A dedicated Payroll Support agent who has the internal tools to review and clear the pending status.
 
Here's how to reach out to them:
 
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
 
- Proceed to the Assistant tab.
 
- Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
 
- Click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
 
- Type in a short description of your concern and click Continue.
