Welcome to Community! Using QuickBooks Time is a great way for employees to log hours from their device. However, when entries are being duplicated, it could be due to a number of different factors, such as how it's being entered, if a pay period has been previously run, the employee may have attempted to recreate a timesheet or other possible causes.
I'd recommend asking the employee some probing questions, such as, what steps are they taking when entering their time. Once you've gathered as much detail as possible, there's a few ways to contact us, so we can have a more in depth look and get this resolved as quickly as possible.
Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?) in the upper right > then Contact Us > give a brief summary of the situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat
