Error messages are never fun to see! I’ll be happy to get you back on track. QuickBooks Online Class Tracking is a great feature that lets you manage your business efficiently. Keep in mind that Class Tracking is exclusively available to the QuickBooks Online Plus plan. If you recently downgraded your subscription, this feature will not work as it used to.
If you’re getting error messages while creating classes, start by clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. This process will remove old internet data that can cause issues with the website functionality.
