In this case, there isn't a set list of printers or scanners that work with the program. As long as your printer or scanner hooks up to your computer, it should work with QuickBooks Desktop. If you're having trouble with it, I recommend uninstalling QuickBooks and your printer/scanner, then reinstalling. Reinstall the printer/scanner first to establish it as a program on your computer, then install QuickBooks Desktop. This better ensures the program will pick up the devices so that you can use them with the program.
When you're researching printers, scanners, and other devices, there may even be information about what programs they're compatible with. Don't be afraid to reach out to printer/scanner manufacturer support teams to learn what products you're able to use them with.
