Simplify or automated supplier

I have a route that I sell auto body products. During the day I go around to my customers and in the evening I write an email for each of my 3 suppliers with all the products that my customers have requested. I write all the products by hand and it takes me a lot of time. Is there a simpler way with QuickBooks to either automate the process or make it simpler?

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks is a flexible program that helps you streamline your accounting with ease. I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction so you can get back to doing what you love. 

 

The automated feature you've described isn't available in QuickBooks.  I see the benefit of having this feature and I recommend sending this as feedback to our product developers. You can do this by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are based on the valuable feedback we get from users like you. In the meantime, I recommend looking into third-party apps that can assist with this. These apps can be found on our site www.apps.com.
