Hello dear Quickboooks team

We have an Essential quickbooks plan for our 3 companies (Multi-currency activity)

* IP IMMIGRATION PROS - Company ID: 1231 4573 3035 654

*WORKVANTAGE INTERNATIONAL - Company ID: 1231 4573 3043 494

*CASTLE &CO - Company ID : 1231 4573 3043 534

We are currently no longer using Quickbooks but we need to have all of our information for any future inquiries.

We are currently paying 48 CAD for each company, we need to know if it is possible to have some other plan that allows us to just have all our information for queries and at the same time allows us to pay a little less.

Please note that we no longer use QB, the only access we need is for consulting. We have contacted you months ago and someone from your team explained to us that there is a possibility to renew our plan yearly paying only the amount we normally pay for a company. But we could not proceed with that at that time. Could you please give us all the options according to our requirements thank you very much.

The ability to pause the subscription or go on a lower rate isn't possible. Since you already have multi-currency that prevents from downgrading to a lower cost plan, I suggest looking into canceling the subscription as you're not using the program. If you decide to cancel the subscription, it's important to note that your data will be available for Read-Only access for 1 year and after that, the data gets deleted. This will allow you to access the account without any issue within the 1-year period. Here's a helpful article with more info on how to cancel a subscription.
