Making sure you have the correct license information is imperative to install QuickBooks Desktop. I'd be happy to look into this for you and help get your QuickBooks Desktop installed.
During the install process if your license information is coming back as incorrect could be due to a few different factors. The most common reasons is using the license information for your previous year in the new one for example using the 2021 license info in 2022. The other would be that you downloaded the incorrect install file. If you're using the license information from the email directly I suggest going to our download page to download the install file again. You'll just need to select the country, version and year and hit search to bring up the download page.
