Why did you change my invoicing format?

QuickBooks Online regularly updates its user interface to improve functionality and add new features, garyserv.

 

I understand it can be challenging when a system you rely on has changed, especially with something as important as your invoicing. To help you navigate this change, can you tell me which function or feature you’re having some challenges?

 

I also want to share that this update makes creating and sending invoices easier, with a cleaner layout, improved customization options, and new PDF and email templates.

 

Please note that even if the interface has changed, you also have the full flexibility to customize the sent and printed versions of your sales forms and invoices in QuickBooks Online. You can either import your own template or use the built-in features to customize your sales forms.
