Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to pay directly from the invoice received. Payment timelines are not the same as direct deposit with QuickBooks Online Payroll. I would be happy to provide some insight here!
When a payment is made through Bank Payments, it generally takes three to four business days to reach the bank. There are a few things that may effect the processing times, such as when the payment was made, statutory holidays or weekends, as well as the time needed for the bank to verify and process electronic deposits. If you would like to submit a suggestion to the Development Team, navigate to your Settings ⚙ and select Feedback.
