If your QuickBooks Online Accountant account is asking for you to enter a zip code than it sounds like you may have made it using the American website. As the Canadian and American versions are different you'd need to create a new account for the Canadian one. This includes using a different email as well as you can't use the same email for two accountant accounts. You can follow this link to create the Canadian version whenever you're ready.
