Can I remove my company's email address from purchase orders?

Thanks for reaching out in the Communtiy. At this time, you can only customize sales forms, such as invoices, sales receipts and estimates, in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

While the option to change the format of your purchase order (PO) is unavailable, I'd recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. We value your suggestions. This way, it helps our engineers determine what features to be added in QBO future enhancements, like customizing your PO forms. 

Here are the steps to submit feedback within QBO: 

1.         Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2.         Select Feedback.
3.         Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4.         Click Next.
5.         Choose a Category and hit Send message.  

If you'd like to remove the company email address, you'd have to completely remove it from the company settings by clicking the gear icon and looking for Account and Settings. Let me know if this info helps. I'll be on standby.
