I have the same questions and I didn't see the questions answered:
What is 'Customer ID'? Is that you bank card number?
If yes, what about "User ID'?
I have searched your knowledgebase to no avail.

Thanks for joining us here. It's great to see that you're on your way to connecting your bank and credit card accounts successfully to QuickBooks Online! To ensure a smooth connection, your Customer ID would be the number on your bank card and the User ID field is where you would enter a 'Nickname' that you may have created for sign in purposes. In the Password field, you'll enter the same password you use to log into your banks website. I hope you find this to be helpful!
