Thanks for reaching out to us here, and welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Being able to edit your customers is an important part of running your business. I can provide some information about the QuickBooks app.
Currently there is no option to delete or make a customer inactive in the QuickBooks app. If you would like to delete a customer, I recommend logging into your account through the QuickBooks website. From there you'll be able to make the necessary changes to your customer list. I see how being able to remove customers from QuickBooks by using the app would be beneficial to you and your company. I also recommend leaving feedback by clicking on the Menu in your app and selecting ALL, next scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see Intuit account & settings. Scroll down once again until you see Feedback. Our engineers review and consider these comments as they create new features for QuickBooks.
