I am trying to connect my credit union account to quickbooks and a popup informs me that i need to setup multicurrency but i'm not dealing with another currency

the bank account currently connected and the new one i want to add are both the same currency

I am trying to connect my credit union account to quickbooks and a popup informs me that i need to setup multicurrency but i'm not dealing with another currency

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online automatically updates your transactions, so your accounts remain balance and aligned.  Receiving a notification that the multicurrency feature needs to be activated, is concerning.  For this reason, I feel the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. With your consent, they'll connect with you virtually and ensure you're able to connect your account as soon as possible!
