if we downgrade our plan do we lose any information? Are historical classes and locations still available? Don't need classes/locations going fwd but like the history

Hi david-bolton-pre,

 

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  You can downgrade your QuickBooks Online account seamlessly if your product selection includes the features you currently have. However, you'll need to turn off some features that won't carry over to other QuickBooks Online products.  Please follow this link to learn more about downgrading your plan.  In addition, it's important that you export data so you can keep a copy for your records.  I hope this helps!

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
