Hi ganjomani,
It's a pleasure to see you in Community. Welcome! Missing transactions in QuickBooks Online can have a negative impact on your books. I would be glad to assist!
One of the first things to look at is the filter on your bank transactions. Set the filter to All dates. You can also customize the date range. If you still don't see the missing transactions, take a look in the Excluded tab. In addition, you can go to your Settings ⚙, then select the Audit log. This will show any changes that were made to your transactions. I also recommend clearing cache on your browser to help improve system performance and web page loading times, or try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
Should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. It would provide a great opportunity for us to work with you on a personal level, and assist you with accomplishing your QuickBooks goals as soon as possible!
Hi, I had already don't all of that and the problem persisted through several browsers and computers, including my own, a colleague, and the client himself.
I ended up calling QBO and even the backend IT team had no idea what was going on, they tinkered around for about an hour. Unfortunately, there's no suggested fix, only ideas why it could have gone wrong.
