Why did my mobile app stop providing all categories, customers, or services when entering a transaction?

Hi DAP,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  The QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to complete your daily tasks while on-the-go.  It's important that you're able to see the required elements for your transactions.  I'll be happy to help!

 

I recommend logging into your account from a web browser to see if you get the same result.  If so, uninstall the app and then reinstall it.  Should the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can take a look further into this from our end.

 

 Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
