Welcome to Community! I can see the benefit of being able to set up one budget with multiple sub-budgets under one umbrella. However, at this time QuickBooks only provides the option to set up a budget for the company as a whole, by customer, job, or class. If you would like to see additional options in future updates, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to the Development Team. In the interim, you may benefit from a third party app.
