Working with a cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online comes with tons of advantages for any on-the-go business owner. An awesome addition to the product is the mobile app, which can help you with basic bookkeeping tasks in an easy-to-use mobile platform. I'd be happy to shed some light on creating and sending statements from the app for QBO.
While the app has the ability to perform the basic functions in QBO, there's a few limitations for what can and can't be done outside the full browser version of QuickBooks. Creating and sending statements is unavailable in the mobile app at this time, and you'll have to log into your account using a web browser in order to do this. Feel free to use the web browser on your mobile device for this.
I know how helpful it would be to have the option to get this done from within the app itself, and I'd be happy to pass on your feedback about this to my team. I'd suggest submitting feedback on your end as well by clicking the Gear icon > Feedback.
