QuickBooks Online is a great software that provides the option to manually add your bank transactions. Here are a couple articles I feel you'd benefit from looking into.

You also have the option to connect your bank to QuickBooks. This can be done by following the steps in this article. Keep in mind, some financial institutions have limitations on the date range for downloading transactions when you connect your bank account to QuickBooks. While some offer 30-days, others may offer 90-120.
