I hope you are having a great weekend so far! You will first want to ensure your subscription has been cancelled completely. We can do so by following the steps below:
To cancel your account:
Intuit will automatically delete your information after 365 days if you do not reactivate your cancelled subscription.
If you would like your file deleted before the 365 days is up, you can log into accounts.intuit.com and follow the steps below:
1. Enter username and password that is linked to the company file you would like to delete.
2. Select Data and Security from the left hand side menu.
3. Select Delete Company File, and from there you will select the company file you want to delete, and finalize the request by following the prompts to delete.
*Please Note: You will want to be sure you want to delete because once the process has been complete Intuit will not be able to recover your data.
