You'll have to manually delete the inventory ajustments on your end and I'll show you how. To do this, click Sales from your left navigation menu > Products and Services > select the arrow next to Edit > Adjust quantity. Once you're on the Inventory Quantity Adjustment screen, you can click on the clock at the top left to see all your adjustments. I'll attach a screenshot below for reference. I recommend deleting the inventory adjustments individually. Doing this should fix the issue you've described.
