How can I block standard users from seeing class sales reports? We use class tracking to determine commission so privacy of each class sales is important.

It's good you're using QuickBooks to manage your business and stay ahead with your work. I'll be happy to share more information in relation to user access rights in QuickBooks. 

A Standard User is a user that can have full or limited access, without admin privileges. This means that you can set your employee as a Standard User, and not have to worry they’ll add another user, or remove user access from anyone, or change any of the settings you have chosen inside your QuickBooks Online account. In addition, you can grant them permission to only those sections of QBO that you’d like them to access.

To change what a user can do, follow the steps below: 

1. Select Settings ⚙, then Manage Users. If you can’t select this, you don’t have permission to manage other users. Contact an admin user for help.
2. Find the user you want to edit, and select Edit in the Action column.
3. In the window that appears, choose the User type drop-down ▼ menu. Select the user type you want them to be. More options will appear on the screen depending on the user type you select.
4. When you’re finished, select Save. Ask the user to sign out and then sign in to see the change.
