Our reports is not working we keep getting a message "sorry we are working on it"

Hi anna-goth,

 

It's important you're able to view your reports without getting an error message. You've come to the right place for help. I'd be happy to give you a hand with your reports. 

 

When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help clean your browser so it can have a fresh new start. I recommend following this helpful article for instructions on cleaning your browser: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?. Give this a shot and let me know how you make out.
