QuickBooks Online comes with tons of helpful reports you can use to run your business. I know how important it is to be able to print your reports if you'd like to review a paper copy. I'll help you get to the bottom of this.
Certain reports require a horizontal scroll bar to view all the information in the report. Whatever columns you don't need can be removed by clicking the small Gear icon at the top right corner of the report. This will help you limit unnecessary columns to fit more information on your page for printing.
You can also change your printer settings to Landscape rather than Portrait mode. This will allow for more information on the printed copy.
Lastly, you can try minimizing the view on your web browser in order to fit more information on the screen. To zoom in and out with a keyboard shortcut, hold CTRL and press the "-" key to zoom out, and the "+" key to zoom in.
