Has anyone ever experienced problems like this? If so, what do you do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm here to help get you pointed in the right direction about why you're unable to turn on payments.

 

Since we don't have any reported investigation about this prompt, there may be some possible reasons why you can't turn this on. To further check this issue, I'd suggest reaching out to our Merchant Services Department. They have the best resource for such inquiries, as they're able to request account information to pull up your company and share sensitive information.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_CA/contact.
  2. Type in Merchant Services on the search box and click the Search tab.
  3. You can click the Get Phone Number tab or the Start a Message.
