Welcome to Community! It's great to hear that you're looking into options for exporting or downloading your invoices in PDF format. In QuickBooks Self Employed you can do this effortlessly right from the invoice list. I'd be happy to show you how!
Follow these steps to locate and use the PDF options for invoices:
1. Select Invoices from the left menu
2. To download a list of all invoices, click on the Download icon directly below Create Invoice
3. If you'd like to export a specific invoice, locate it in your list and click on the drop-down arrow in the Action column
4. Select Export as PDF
Note: When creating an invoice for your customer, click on Send Invoice to have it emailed directly to your customer in PDF format.
