How would I attach receipts to customer invoices. The receipts have been entered previously.

Hi bentleyshandyman,

 

Welcome to the Community. I'll be happy to share more info about attaching receipts to customer invoices in QuickBooks. The program is designed to help you save time and I'd like to help make sure you experience this benefit among many others. 

 

Here's how to attach receipts to customer invoices: 

 

1. Click on the Plus icon > select Invoice.

2. On the Invoice page, click Attachments.

3. Browse the file you want to add, then click Open to add.

4. Make sure to remove the checkmark in the Attach to email box.

5. Fill in the other necessary fields.

6. Click the Save and send button.
