I can’t export or preview my invoices on my iPhone. Anyone know why?

It's good you're managing your business on the go with the QuickBooks mobile app. Exporting your invoices allows you to store your data outside of QuickBooks and I'll be happy to share more info on this so you can get ahead with your work. 

 

At this time, QuickBooks doesn't offer the capability to export invoices within the program. I recommend looking for third-party apps on our website www.apps.com. Once you're on the site, enter the keywords "export invoices" and hit the search icon. I suggest picking the best app which suits your business needs from the list of results. 

 

You can export the Invoice list report which shows you your invoices, ordered by date. Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Enter the Invoice list in the search box, then enter. 
  3. Customized the Report period and hit Run report
  4. In the reports page, click the Export button then select Export to Excel
