I would like to set default delivery method of invoices to email, but it's not available in settings

I am on Desktop Premium Contractor.

I looked up how to do it. Went into single user, i'm the admin. went to preferences, send forms, company preferences. It's not an available option. I would like to set it so it automatically marks invoices not sent and I can look up if sent or not.

Thanks for reaching out here. QuickBooks is a dynamic program with the features you need to reach your daily goals. I can see how setting a default status to your invoices can be beneficial for what you've explained. However, the automatic status on your invoices, is a default setting created by our engineers. If you'd like to see other options available, so you can set your desired preferences, I suggest submitting a suggestion by going to Help, then select Send Feedback Online.
