It's important that all your transactions be entered correctly in your books so that your accounts can be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your sales so you can then see the profit of your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with these totals that aren't balanced.
In order to make sure that your transaction for November is entered correctly, I recommend checking your reports on Shopify and comparing the totals to the transaction you created to make sure the totals match. If they do match, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your QuickBooks account with you in order to assist in getting everything done correctly. You can reach out to them using these methods:
