Hey there, user79771.
I appreciate you reaching out to the Community for support. I'd be happy to guide you in the right direction.
QuickBooks Online provides the option to delete a sales tax adjustment in just a few steps. Let me show you how!
- Go to Settings and select Chart of accounts
- Find the income or expense account you used to add an adjustment.
- Select Run report.
Note: If the report appears blank, make sure you've selected the correct Report period and run the report again.
- Select the adjustment you need to delete and then select Delete.
- Select Yes to confirm.
Here's a guide for reference.
If you require further assistance, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. You can reach them by following these steps:
Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback
Feel free to reach back out if you have any other questions.
