Good afternoon torotuffservices,

It's great to see you in Community. Welcome! QuickBooks Online provides multiple choices for reviewing your transactions. I'd be glad to provide a few, so you can review the information at a glance. You can follow these steps to review the Taxable Sales Summary report:

  1. Open Taxes from the left menu and then select Sales tax
  2. Click on the  dropdown menu and select Taxable sales summary
  3. Enter the Report period and hit Run report

You can also review the transactions for specific customers. Here's how:

  1. Open Sales and then Customers
  2. Select the Customer name
  3. Open their Transaction list
  4. Click on the invoice to expand the view
  5. Select the blue hyperlink in the top right for the Payment
  6. Review the details and when confident with your findings, hit Save and close
