I tried the pro tax trial yesterday, entered some data and then click the save and close button, but I found the T2 return was not saved. I need to create a new return and redo all work after I log in to pro tax interface again, The T2 tax return I made before is missing.
Does the trial version have no save function?

Thanks for reaching out to Community. I can see how having the T2 tax return disappear after completing the form would be very concerning, and time consuming when having to do the work again. With QuickBooks trial products, any actions performed in the account should save without complication. When your work doesn't save, it's an indication that the trial has expired. I'd be happy to review a couple of options here.
Here's how to check the status of the account:
1. From the Gear in the top right, select Account and Settings
2. Open Billing and Subscription
3. Check the status, it will say Subscribe, if the trial has expired
4. Follow the on screen steps to complete the subscription activation process
If you're actively subscribed, I recommend clearing cache and then log into your account in a private or incognito browser or other browsers. Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge are preferred browsers for QuickBooks Online.

Hi, I am actively subscribed today, also I have tried what you said, clear cache and login into my QBOA account in incognito windows, but it shows the same result. I still not able to save the T2 tax return, when I click the "Save &Close" on the top of pro tax .This Ad web page below pops up (See attachment), then I can't continues
This strange Ad webpage also pops up when I click the " Pro tax- T2 corporate " button on the left side of QBOA
I have another post name "Why this Ad web page always appear after I click the pro tax button? It's so weird" on Dec 14,2021 that indicated this issue before I purchase the pro tax subscription . I thought maybe it was because I didn't subscribe pro tax , so this issue exist. But after I actively subscribed, the issue still exist.

Will everyone have this Ad page? When the Ad pops up, then I can't do anything, this Ad page has no close button, so when it appear, I can't exit from it, it stop me to work on bookkeeping and Pro tax T2 tax return., so weird.....

Thanks for verifying that you have tried with getting your T2 Tax return files saved. If clearing cache and cookies isn't working I recommend trying a different internet browser such as Firefox or edge. If it still doesn't work you can also try a different computer if there is one.
Should you still have issues with this I recommend contacting out support team so they can work with you to get this resolved. You can reach them using one of the following methods:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Hi, I have already tried use edge, Firefox, google chrome browsers and my mobile phone to sign in QBOA account, the result was the same. After I clicked the "pro tax" button or clicked the "save &close" button, the Ad page pops up. It seems I am not able to access to pro tax interface and some function such as save a T2 return?
I have contacted the pro tax supporting team today, the supporting assistant said "Upon further checking, we do not have an on going issue regarding on this. What we are going to is to escalate this to the back end team."
So now I am waiting for a reply from supporting team or the back end team to help me solve the issue.........

They can provide further troubleshooting steps, and our representatives have direct access to escalations. They can share the updates from your previous call with us. All you need to do is provide the case ID or the details of your call.

I contacted pro tax supporting team by messaging, Contact us . The assistant did not provide me a case ID, but I saved our online chat history. I don't know if I can post chat history here, or can I sent it to you through "send a message" function in your profile?
