I've see other reports similar to what you've mentioned here with the GST not calculating properly on invoices despite settings looking good. I can help you with this.

 

In the other instances I've seen this mentioned, users note that the GST is calculating for them on their screen, but once the invoices are sent, their customers don't see the amount with the sales tax.
