Until today, I had been able to enter different status on each line of a bill (zero rated on one line, gst on another.) Today I can't do that. How do I correct this?

Welcome to Community.  It's essential that you're able to select the associated sales tax on your forms in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be happy to assist!

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
