When I use the phone app to do an invoice it no longer add the GST but when I do an invoice on the computer it adds the GST. It was working fine until 4 days ago.How do I fix this problem?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! This is where our community comes together to help each other out and share knowledge. I'd be happy to go over getting the QuickBooks App to add your GST to invoices.

 

While sitting at home or on the go using the QuickBooks Online App makes updating your company information a breeze. If your App isn't applying your GST to invoices like before could be due to the App data. Just like cache and cookies for your computer, App data stores information that can sometimes become corrupted or full. Don't worry though as this doesn't have anything to do with your company information but instead just how the app works. To fix this you'll need to clear out your app data by following these steps:

 

For Andriod devices:

 

  1. From the More Options ⋮, select Settings.
  2. Tick Refresh Data, then choose Yes.

 

For IOS:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback
  2. Click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

 

If this doesn't fix the issue you can also try uninstalling and then installing the app again.
