When running the Taxable Sales Summary Report for GST, why does line 101 not include the gross taxable revenue instead of just the net number?
Welcome to the Community. It's important you're able to get the help you need. I'll be happy to point you towards the right direction so you can get the resolution you need. Line 101 shows the total of employment income including, salary, wages, tips, honorarium, and bonuses.
Based on what you've described, I encourage you to reference the following variables that may be causing the differences on your report:
Date range: It's important to make sure your report dates include the transaction in question.
Cash vs Accrual: Since the report amounts can report differently due to the accounting method, I recommend checking the method you're using on your reports. You can change this setting while running your reports by selecting the Cash or Accrual radio buttons under Accounting method.
I also recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
