My accountant is getting payroll emails. I would like to turn this off but can't find any settings to do it.

My accountant is getting payroll emails. I would like to turn this off but can't find any settings to do it.

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online is a great software that can help make running your business smoother. I would be happy to provide some information.

 

To remove a user from getting the Payroll emails, head to the Gear icon, select Payroll settings and Contact information. If you require further assistance, I recommend reaching out to the support them outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting as well as view your screen to better assist you. You can reach them by following one of the methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
