To create an invoice that includes activities for multiple days, you need to manually enter each day's activities as separate line items on a single invoice.
 
Here's how to do it: 
 
- In the invoice, select the customer from the Add customer ▼ dropdown list.
- Review and confirm the Invoice date, Due date, and Terms.
- Add Each Day as a Line Item. For the first day, select the Service date and the appropriate Product/Service from the dropdown menu (e.g., “Service” or a specific type of work you’ve already set up).
- In the Description field, provide details of the work performed, including the specific date (e.g., "Consulting services provided on Oct 28, 2025").
- Enter the Quantity (e.g., the number of hours) and the Rate.
- For the next day, move to the next line item and repeat the process: select the Product/Service, add the date and description, quantity, and rate.
- Continue adding line items for all the days you need to invoice.
- Once you've added all the necessary details, select Save and send or Save and close.
